About Mamiko
Mamiko Ito is a Global Entrepreneur, Success Coach and Business Mentor for Women. She established businesses on 2 continents, and alongside her partner grew them into half million dollar ventures in less than a year. As founder and CEO of Abundant Women and Co-Founder and Master Trainer of The Learning Partner – the fastest growing personal development company in Latin America -she is devoted to empowering women to build and grow successful businesses and achieve financial freedom. She has worked with successful women entrepreneurs in Asia and started the women empowerment movement in Singapore.
From a Woman in Small Town in Japan to a Global Entrepreneur
Mamiko was born in a small town in Japan. At the age of 23, she flew to Singapore all by herself with just two suitcases and no work experience. After her first application for a working visa was rejected, she started calling up big enterprises from the yellow pages and began talking to Human Resources and Directors at various companies. “I didn’t have any professional career or qualifications. All I could offer was my language skill and my passion! I had nothing to lose. I was ignorantly brave.”
She spent 11 years in Microsoft climbing up the corporate ladder. Over time, Mamiko felt a strong calling in her heart to leave for a bigger challenge and freedom. She decided to take a leap of faith and pursued her dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
Mamiko worked with multimillionaires in Asia through seminars and workshops to empower women toward entrepreneurship and financial freedom. When she was 36, she decided to move to Chile (at the other side of the world!) with her then fiancé to establish a personal development company. In less than a year, the business skyrocketed to be a phenomenal success.
If Mamiko is characterized in one word, that is ‘pioneer’. Her independent, perseverant and resilient character made her the first Japanese woman of her age to establish global businesses in Asia and Latin America.
She learned from world-class trainers such as Anthony Robbins, T. Harv Eker, Blair Singer, Robert & Kim Kiyosaki, Deepak Chopra, Barbara De Angelis and Dr. Masaru Emoto. She is also a Homeopathic Practitioner and a Certified NLP Practitioner.

Women are meant to bring harmony to this world. When more and more women are stepping up for bigger role, we can make this world a better place.”
